Beliria Designs reserves the right to update this Licence Agreement with or without prior notice at any time. Customers and site visitors are subject to the latest terms posted here at all times.
Copyrights
Beliria Designs retains the copyrights and IP rights to all graphics, textures, paintbrush images & designs, photographs, background images, scrapbook kits, etc displayed and for sale within this web site. This also includes products listed in the free content section. Copyrights of web Design rights retained by Echo Seven. You the customer are purchasing the rights to use the product(s) as stated within the Licence.
Usage (Excluding stock photography)
Products can be used for commercial (excluding free content) and non-commercial projects.
Permitted changes

You can give away content you create using images from this site ONLY if you have made significant changes:
Creating a derivative piece of artwork that incorporates images & designs from this website.
Including them within 3d content so long as the textures/designs can not be extracted.
Creating unique scrapbook kits for your own personal use.
You the purchaser are permitted to make one backup copy of all content purchased from Beliria Designs for your own personal use.
Commercial Extended
The following is an extension of the above usage rights for Commercial use and excludes any free content.
Creating unique artwork and selling them, either via POD sites, and/or your own tangible goods, etc.
Designing scrapbook kits that are unique to you by incorporating images & textures purchased from this site to create new pieces of work.
Not Permitted:
To slightly change the images and distribute them either as tubes, brushes, textures etc.
Resizing, re-colouring, tinting, cropping, framing, adding or taking away a small amount of detail to pass off as new designs/brushes/textures/artwork etc.
To put a border around the images/designs and distribute them in anyway.
Creating artwork of any kind were the designs/textures/graphics from Beliria Designs can be extracted from your creative work.
Giving away or selling content purchased or obtained for free from Beliria Designs as is or on any other media (CD’s, HD’s etc), or repackaged into brushes, texture packs, scrapbook kits, tubes etc is strictly forbidden and goes against this Licence. Be it via share groups, personal websites, direct links, or shared with members of staff/design teams, friends or family.
Uploading textures/products into online games such as Second Life™. If you wish to purchase textures to use within such games please contact Beliria Designs, or check out Beliria Lumley’s profile in Second Life™ for the in world store.
Products & Accounts:
At this current time all Beliria Designs products are in downloadable format only. You will require software that can unzip zip files. Downloads will be available once purchased for 14 days and are downloadable from your account (account sharing is not permitted, only the person whom created the account has rights to access, purchase, and download products from the account.
Sharing of said account will terminate your right’s to use any products free or purchased without any form of reimbursement from Beliria Designs.).
Refunds
Due to the nature of these products refunds are non-permissive once the product(s) have been downloaded. Please make sure the items are what you require by checking the previews or contacting BeliriaDesigns@o2.co.uk for additional information regarding the product(s) in question. Depending on demand replies could take up to 72 hours.
